Admission Policy

Soon after the declaration of Local Bards; results the admission process commences, by advertising it in print and Electronic Media. The prospectus alongwith application/admission from is made available from the admission department on cash payment on the announced dates.
Admission to F.Sc is open to all those candidates who have passed the matriculation examination from any board of Pakistan Minimum marks required for an application to be considered are pre –engineering 65% pre-medical 70% general science group 60%. However, this condition may be relaxed by the Director if vacancies are available.

Documents be attached with applications.

1. Attested copy of provisional/character certificate issued by the head of institution last attended.
2. 2 attested copies of Detailed Marks Sheet.
3. 2 Unattested copies of Detailed Marks Sheet.
4. 2 very recent passport size photographs of the candidates.
5. College leaving certificate, in original, in case of migration or transfer.
6. Migration certificate, in original, in case the applicant has passed his/her SSC/HSSC-1 examination from any board other than the Federal Bard, Islamabad.

a. Applications for admission on the prescribed form (at the end of prospectus) duly completed in respects, must reach the office of the Dean of Admission as per announced ate.
b. A merit list is displayed after careful scrutiny and consideration of all applications.
c. The candidates, selected on merit will be interviewed by the interviewing committee on specified dates.
d. A candidate may apply for admission in more than one course, however, separate application to will be obtained and submitted for this purpose.

i. Acceptance of an application form does not necessarily mean acceptance of a candidate for admission.
ii. In their own interest, candidates are advised to apply for admission to other colleges as well.
iii. Admission form containing incorrect or false information shall stand rejected forthwith even after the candidate has paid admission fee (non-refundable).
iv. The college doesn’t on casual/provisional basis.
v. The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate without assigning any reason.
